  I am very sorry to hear about your experience. We pride ourselves on customer service and do not like to hear when people are unhappy. I would like to address your issues.
  
  The quote you were originally given was based on the drawings, however your house changed from the drawings and because of those changes that were made, more stone was ordered. We only charge for the stone that gets delivered and we weigh everything to make sure you are only paying for what you order. We only give estimates on the amount needed as we do not have anything to do with the install and the amount of waste that occurs on site.
  
  I know you had to wait longer than anticipated for the custom stone and I deeply apologize for that. Unfortunately when you are dealing with natural stone there can be imperfections or breakage. We wanted you to have the best possible product and because of that it did take longer than anticipated. This was purely with good intention as we wanted you to have the best possible stone.
  
  Our policy for returned product is that there is only a credit (minus a 25% restock charge) if the skid comes back unused. Unfortunately there was masonry on the skid that came back and the rest of it was unsellable. We did pick up the remaining skid with no charge and paid to have it disposed of.
